Multitouch studies - How could the technology influence our workflow at the desk in a few years?
The Project gives a preview how new technologies such as multitouch could influence our work in the next years. We tried to find a way to use the technology in a reasonable way because we thought that in the most cases it's only used as a gadget but less profitable. Therefor we created a hybrid desktop that consists of the real desk and the desktop metaphor. We did a lot of research to find out which gestures are used in real life and how to transform them to work with multitouch. The clip shows examples how multitouch could be used in a bureau or office environment.
